Question: What is the biggest component of being a good football player?

Answer: Going out aggressive and practicing hard. Doing everything you love out there.

Q: What is the toughest component of playing your position?

A: It ain’t really hard because I’ve been doing it since my sophomore season. Once you’ve been doing it a while you know what you’re doing. Just ask my teammates about what they do on the field and how great they are too.

Q: Do you prefer to play offense or defense?

A: Offense because I love to score touchdowns. Simple as that.

Q: Is that your favorite part of the game?

A: Naw man. Yeah, I love scoring. The best part is being with my brothers on the field every play. If you fight together then everybody loves you just as much as you love them.

Q: What team other than Socorro has the coolest outfits?

A: I would have to say, Hope Christian. They’ve got some nice jersey’s man.

Q: Of all the sports, what is your favorite to play?

A: Basketball definitely. I’m better at it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m really good at football too.

Q: Is there a sports moment in your young career you will never forget?

A: I will never forget this team and the family here. We’ve all been through it and had to get something behind us. But in the end we all love each other.

Q: What would you say to the younger kids coming up hoping to play for the Warriors?

A: Have fun with it. Time flies so do what you can and go hard at practice. Listen to these great coaches.

Q: If you could meet one famous person, living or dead, who would it be?

A: Michael Jackson. I want to learn that guy’s dance moves.
