Socorro Vista, LLC (a partnership between El Camino Real Housing Authority and JLG Properties, LLC) will be accepting Contractors’ Qualification Statements electronically in .pdf format emailed to Jeff Curry at [email protected] for construction of a 32 unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multi-family development in Socorro, New Mexico. Socorro Vista, LLC will only consider Qualifications from general contractors that have demonstrated a successful track record of constructing LIHTC multi-family rental housing developments. A Request for Qualifications may be obtained at https://bit.ly/2RESiAn or by contacting Jeff Curry at (575) 525-1199 ext. 1 or by email request to [email protected] on or after June 14, 2021. Qualification Statements are due by 4:00p.m. MDT on TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021.
