REQUEST FOR BIDS

The County of Socorro, State of New Mexico, on behalf of the Socorro County Board of County Commissioners, has authorized the public sale of the building and property (“real property”) located at 105 Francisco de Avondo Avenue, Socorro, NM 87801 “Sports Page” through competitive sealed bid. Following are the details for the property: Lot Size: 28,532 SF, building size 4,473 SF Current Zoning: C-2 (Commercial Dist – 50% est) & R-3 (High Density Residential 50% est). Bids will be accepted until Thursday, July 15, 2021 until 5:00 PM by mail or in person, at the County Manager’s Office, Socorro County, P. O. Box I, 210 Park Street, Socorro, NM 87801. Faxed or E-mailed offers will NOT be considered. Bids will be opened immediately at the County Manager’s Office. This building & property does have a reserve price attached, the reserve will not be released to the public prior to bid acceptance.
