NOTICE OF INTENT TO
IMPOUND FOR THE
BUREAU OF LAND
MANAGEMENT

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 43 Subsection 4l50.4 2 which states, in part, that "unauthorized livestock may be impounded without further notice any time within the 12 month period following the effective date of the notice."

A portion of Reclamation Lands, Albuquerque Area Office, lying within the following described lands and allotments is subject to impoundment of all unauthorized livestock. Five (5) days after publication and posting of this notice, and for the duration of this notice, all unauthorized livestock are subject to impoundment, removal and disposition under appropriate Federal regulations and State laws.

The area includes all Reclamation lands within the following allotments and projected townships:

Bruton River Allotment
T. 08 S., R. 02 E., N.M.P.M. Sec. 1, 2, 11, 12, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, & 28.
T. 07 N., R. 02 E., N.M.P.M. Sec. 24, 26, & 35

Milligan Gulch Allotment
T. 08 N., R. 02 E., N.M.P.M. Sec. 20 & 29

This notice is to be effective for a period of 12 months, ending December 1, 2023.
