ORDER EXTENDING
CERTAIN DEADLINES
SOCORRO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO

 

Pursuant to my authority under Section 7-38-85 NMSA 1978, I hereby extend the following deadline found in Section 7-38-27C of the Property Tax Code with respect to the 2020-tax year only:

1) The deadline for the Socorro County Assessor to resolve protests from October 8, 2020 to no later than November 22, 2020.
