NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The City of Socorro will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Monday, June 7th at 12:00 p.m. The public can access this meeting at the following GoToMeeting link https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/454282405 or call 1-877-309-2073 and enter code 454-282-405. Any changes to the date and time of the meeting will be posted on the City’s website. The public hearing is concerning the approval of a Small Brewers Liquor License with on Premises Consumption and Package Sales with Patio Service: Liquor License Application No. 1190111. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval for the referenced application.
The name of the applicant is Capitol Bar, LLC, doing business as Capitol Bar & Brewery, located at 110 Plaza Street, Socorro, NM 87801. Box K, Socorro, NM 87801 or 575-835-0240 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
