Resolution

Notice is hereby given of the title and of a general summary of the subject matter contained in Resolution No. 2022-4, duly adopted and approved by the Governing Body of the Socorro Soil and Water Conservation District, Socorro County, New Mexico, on May 23, 2022. A complete copy of the Resolution is available for public inspection during the normal and regular business hours of the Secretary/Treasurer, 103 Francisco de Avondo, Socorro, New Mexico. The title of the Resolution is:

RESOLUTION NO. 2022-4
RELATING TO THE $175,000 LOAN AGREEMENT DATED MAY 21, 2021 (THE “LOAN AGREEMENT”) BY AND BETWEEN THE SOCORRO SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, SOCORRO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO (THE “GOVERNMENTAL UNIT”) AND THE NEW MEXICO FINANCE AUTHORITY (THE “FINANCE AUTHORITY”), ENTERED INTO FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE COSTS OF LAND IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING FOR THE GOVERNMENTAL UNIT; AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT TO AUTHORIZE THE PROCEEDS TO BE USED TO PURCHASE AN EXISTING BUILDING AND RENOVATE THE INTERIOR FOR USE BY THE GOVERNMENTAL UNIT; RATIFYING ACTIONS HERETOFORE TAKEN; REPEALING ALL ACTION INCONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION; AND AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT.
