NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the petitioner Wyatt Ganadonegro, has filed a Petition to Change Name of Adult on July 18, 2022. The Petitioner wants to change his name from Wyatt B Ganadonegro to Wyatt Ganadonegro on his birth certificate. A final hearing will be scheduled on September 8, 2022 at the Alamo Family Courtroom in Alamo, New Mexico.

If you wish to object or intervene in this petition, you must file a written answer within 30 days to the Alamo Family Court at Post Office Box 5458, Alamo, New Mexico 87825 and serve a copy to the Petitioner or Petitioner’s Counsel if any. You may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner. If you do not file a written answer to the court your claims may be barred from being heard.
