STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the above-named Defendants, GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:
Lot Seventy-Five (75) in Phase One of TEE PEE RANCH SUBDIVISION as shown and designated on the map of said TEE PEE RANCH SUBDIVISION, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Catron County, New Mexico, Slide-A-273.

That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or 30 days after the last day of publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment by default will be entered against you.
