NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED HEIR(S), PARTIES AND OTHERS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Petitioner, Ty Vicente, Census # 415,423, declares final inventory and proposed distribution of estate of the decedent, Modene Apache, C#414,006, with the Navajo Nation Family Court.
All interested person(s) with claims to said estate or objecting to said matter are required to file claims with the Family Court no later than thirty (30) days after the last publication of this notice; otherwise all claims may be barred from being heard.
Forward copies of claims to Petitioner, Ty Vicente at Post Office Box 1245, Magdalena, NM 87825 and to Alamo Family Court at Post Office Box 5458, Alamo, New Mexico 87825 and serve a copy to the Petitioners or Petitioner’s Counsel if any. You may obtain a copy of the Petition from Petitioner.
