TO THE FOLLOWING NAMED DEFENDANTS AGAINST WHOM CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE IS HEREBY SOUGHT TO BE OBTAINED:

The Following Named Persons or Entities: JAMES BENJAMIN RIVERA and AYS DEFINED BENEFIT; and ANY UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF.

Greetings:

You are notified that suit has been filed against you by Plaintiff City of Socorro, as Plaintiffs in the above-named court. The general object of this suit is to foreclose a municipal lien upon the real estate described in the Complaint being a tract of land located in the City of Socorro, Socorro County, which tract is formerly known as the Sands Motel and located at 205 California Street, Socorro, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
ANTONIO ABEYTA y MONTOLLAS ADDITION Subdivision to the City of Socorro (Sands Motel):
Lot 13, Block 3;
Lot 14, Block 3;
Lot 15, Block 3;
Lot 16, Block 3;
Lot 17, Block 3;
Lot 18, Block 3;
Lot 19, Block 3; and
Lot 20, Block 3.

You and each of you are hereby notified that unless you enter your appearance in this cause on or before the 20th day of April, 2023, judgment will be rendered against you in this cause by default.
