Dig out your Nehru jackets, miniskirts, go-go boots, and mop-style wigs for an upcoming musical tribute to the most influential rock band of the last century. “Yesterday: Tribute to the Beatles” will take the Macey Center stage Saturday, Sept. 10, at 7:30 p.m.

The show will be preceded by a New Mexico Tech Performing Arts Series social hour, dubbed “The Groovy ‘60s Costume Party,” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The pre-show costume party will feature a Beatles trivia contest, a photo booth and fun finger foods. Cost for the pre-show party is $10 for the general public and $5 for Tech students.

The Beatles tribute band Yesterday receives the approval of Sir Paul McCartney.

Tickets for the Beatles tribute are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (age 65 and older), and $5 for children age 17 and younger. New Mexico Tech students can attend the performance free of charge. Purchase a season subscription and save 20 percent.

Ticket information for the Beatles tribute and pre-show costume party is available on the NMT Performing Arts website: nmt.edu/pas
