Red or green, if you’re from New Mexico, is the eternal question

We’re not talking Christmas here, but something that just might aid with digestion

Decisions, decisions, every time you go out to eat Mexican food, it’s red or green?

Such a tough decision, do I go for fresh roasted green or dried red on this cuisine?

 

Each with its own characteristic, green being middle flavorful to nuclear hot.

Red ranging from sweet and innocence to definitely not.

What to do? Green today, red tomorrow? Oh the struggle, what to do?

Sometimes I solve it by asking for Christmas, I’m only glad there’s not a third one that’s blue.
