The Socorro Warriors volleyball team has played three games as of Tuesday and has gone 3–0 in each game. Their first game was against the Cuba Rams on March 2 where Socorro won the first set 25–12 and then won the second and third sets 25–6. The Warriors then traveled to face the Quemado Eagles on Saturday. The first set was a battle as Socorro won 25–27. Socorro won the second and third sets 25–22 and 25–16, respectively. The Warriors competed at home on Monday where they defeated the Mountainair Mustangs 25–12 in the first set, 25–19 in the second set and 25–18 in the third set. Socorro will host Magdalena on Friday at 4 p.m.
