HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The City of Socorro will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing concerns the approval of a Transfer of Ownership of Dispenser Liquor License No. 0035 with on Premises Consumption with Patio Service and Package Sales. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval for the referenced application.
The name of the applicant is Bodega Burger Co. and Lounge, LLC, doing business as Bodega Burger Co. and Lounge located at 606 N. California St., Socorro, NM 87801. Box K, Socorro, NM 87801 or 575-835-0240 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
