NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiffs in the above entitled cause, William and DeEtta Braswell, filed in the District Court of Socorro County, New Mexico, their Complaint To Quiet Title against the above named Defendants, together with the Affidavit of a competent person that, upon diligent inquiry, the addresses of the above Defendants, All Known and Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Subject Property, and the last known address as cannot be determined by Plaintiff; that a cause of action exists against all of the Defendants; that all of said Defendants are necessary parties to the action; and that said action is instituted and prosecuted for the purpose of quieting title as against all Defendants, claims, and claimants whomsoever and against the world to the following described real estate in said complaint, and situate in Socorro County, State of New Mexico, to-wit:

A tract of land in the NE ¼ of Section 15 of the Socorro Grant, in the City of Socorro, New Mexico , being part of City Survey 545, Tract 7, also being part of M.R.G.C.D. tract 49, Map 162, joining the east right-of-way line of Chapparal Drive and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at Corner 1, whence the Section Corner common to Sections 9, 10, 15, and 16 fo the Socorro Grant bears N. 67º 22′ W., a distance of 3,406.5 feet;
Thence N. 6º 15′ W., a distance of 29.0 feet to Corner 2, the NW Corner;
Thence N. 89º 07′ E., a distance of 600.0 feet to Corner 3, the NE Corner;
Thence S. 6º 15′ E., a distance of 290.0 feet to Corner 4, the SE Corner;
Thence S. 89º 07″ W., a distance of 335.0 feet to Corner 5;
Thence N. 6º 15′ W., a distance of 261.0 feet to Corner 6;
Thence S. 89º 07″ W., a distance of 265.0 feet to Corner 1, the place of beginning.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to each and all of the said Defendants that you must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice, and if you fail to do so, a Judgment may be entered against you upon your default for the relief the Plaintiff has demanded.
