THIS MATTER HAVING COME BEFORE THE COURT on a Transfer from Probate Court concerning an Application to Appoint Personal Representative. The hearing was held on June 6, 2023 with the Petitioner, Kathy Carrillo appearing before the Court virtually, the Court having been fully informed of the matter FINDS the following

1. The Petitioner is the only surviving child of the deceased
2. The Petitioner’s deceased brother had two (2) sons with whom the Petitioner has had
no recent contact with or recent contact information. Their last known whereabouts was Socorro.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Petitioner publish in a Socorro newspaper for two (2) consecutive weeks informing any other heirs that the hearing to Appoint Petitioner, Kathy Carrillo as Personal Representative of the estate will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 11:15 a.m. by the following google meet information: Meeting ID meeting.google.com/kbh-mkcc-vcq OR Phone Number 1-402-543-0239 PIN: 748 141 511#

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner file the affidavit of publication received from the newspaper upon its completion before the scheduled hearing date.
