LEGAL NOTICE

On Monday, October 25, 2021 at 5:00 P.M., in a regular meeting at Village Hall, 108 N. Main, Magdalena, New Mexico 87825, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Magdalena will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of adopting an Ordinance establishing a Mayoral Stipend to take effect upon commencement of the next mayoral term. The Ordinance establishes a stipend of $1000 per month conditioned upon the performance of mayoral duties for at least fifty (50) hours per month.

Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for the public to view free of charge at the Village Clerk’s office. Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be purchased by the public for $.75 (2-sided page) or $1.00 (one-sided page).
