The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Socorro Field Office is seeking public comment on the draft environmental assessment for the development and implementation of a travel and transportation management/recreation area management plan for the Johnson Hill (also known as Gordy’s Hill) Special Recreation Management Area. The public comment period is from Aug. 1 to Aug. 30, 2022.

The draft environmental assessment, project summary, interactive map and details on how to participate in this planning effort are posted on the BLM’s ePlanning website at: https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/project/2012247/510.
