DENNIS ENGINEERING COMPANY is requesting qualifications information from certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBRA firms to provide the following services: Grants Consulting, Planning, Design Services, and Engineering for the City of Socorro, under an On-Call Service Agreement (RFP 020921). Projects may be partially funded with federal funds, and therefore must comply with all federal cross cutter requirements. Neither the United States nor its department’s agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation or any resulting contract.
