LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Competitive sealed proposals for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth Program are being solicited by the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board. The selected offeror will be responsible for the provision of developing and implementing the WIOA Youth Services in a seven-county area of Southwestern New Mexico. A copy of the Request for Proposals and instructions for submittal may be obtained online at www.employnm.com/bids-and-rfps beginning March 9, 2022. Submittal Deadline: Digital proposals will be received until 2:00 pm (MDT) on April 22, 2022, in accordance with the instructions provided in the Request for Proposals.
