NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The City of Socorro will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing concerns the approval of a Transfer of Location of Dispenser Liquor License No. 0275 with on Premises Consumption Only. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval for the referenced application.
The name of the applicant Circle K Stores, Inc., doing business as Circle K #2706998 located at 1006 N. California St., Socorro, NM 87801. Comments or inquiries should be directed to the City Clerk, Leopoldo (Polo) Pineda, or City Administrator, Donald Monette at P.O. Box K, Socorro, NM 87801 or 575-835-0240 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
