LEGAL NOTICE

On Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 9:00 A.M., in a regular meeting at the Socorro County Annex, 198 Neel Socorro, NM 87801, the Board of County Commissioners of Socorro County will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of discussing the adoption of Ordinance 2023-01 an Ordinance Amending the Personnel Policy Ordinance, Number 2016-01. The Board of Commissioners may vote to enact the Ordinance during the meeting following the public hearing. The purpose of the Amendment to the Personnel Policy Ordinance is modify Section 13.2 of the Ordinance to increase the salaries of certain appointed officials.

Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for the public to view free of charge online at www.socorrocounty.net or at the County Clerk’s Office or the County Manager’s Office, 201 Park Street, Socorro, NM.
