ORDER EXTENDING
CERTAIN DEADLINES
SOCORRO COUNTY,
NEW MEXICO

Pursuant to my authority under Section 7-38-85 NMSA 1978, I hereby extend the following deadline found in Section 7-38-31 of the Property Tax Code with respect to the 2023-tax year only:

1) The deadline for the Socorro County Assessor to Certify Net Taxable Values to the Department from June 30, 2023 to no later than July 25, 2023.
