PUBLIC NOTICE


The Catron County Commission is requesting sealed bids (ITB # 2023-12-02) for Heavy Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services. A copy of the ITB and other information may be obtained from the Catron County Certified Purchasing Officer, Deanna Duncan, at [email protected], by calling (575) 533-6423, in person at 100 Main Street, Second Floor, Reserve, NM, or on our website at http://www.catroncounty.us under the tab marked Bids/RFPs.

ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE OF 2:30 PM ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2024 at the Catron County Manager’s Office, 100 Main Street, Second Floor or PO Box 507, Reserve NM 87830. Electronic bids must be submitted to [email protected] .

Bids are scheduled to be opened 3:00 PM ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2024 AT THE COUNTY MANAGER’S OFFICE. FINAL AWARD WILL BE AT THE REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING ON JANUARY 10, 2024.

ANY BID PACKAGE RECEIVED BY THE COUNTY AFTER THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE REJECTED BY CATRON COUNTY.
