NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the petitioner Lenore Lynn Billy aka Lenore Lynn Chavez, filed a Petition to Change Name of Adult on May 16, 2022. The Petitioner is requesting the Court to change her birth name to Lenore Lynn Monte. A final hearing is scheduled for August 11, 2022 at the Alamo Family Courtroom in Alamo, New Mexico.

To object to the petition or intervene in this matter, you must file a written answer with the court no later than 10 days before the scheduled hearing. Written answers must filed with Alamo Family Court at Post Office Box 5458, Alamo, New Mexico 87825 and a copy served upon the Petitioner. You may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner. If you do not file a written answer with the court your claims may be barred from being heard.
