HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The City of Socorro will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing is concerning the approval of a Small Brewer Liquor License: Liquor License Application No. 1245829. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval for the referenced application.
The name of the applicant is Box Canyon Brewing Company, LLC, doing business as Box Canyon Brewing Company located at 110 Manzanares Ave., Socorro, NM 87801. Comments or inquiries should be directed to the City Clerk, Leopoldo (Polo) Pineda, or City Administrator, Donald Monette at P.O. Box K, Socorro, NM 87801 or 575-835-0240 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
