HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The City of Socorro will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing concerns the approval of a Transfer of Ownership of Canopy Liquor License No. 1369. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval for the referenced application.

The name of the applicant is El Camino, LLC, doing business as El Camino Restaurant and Lounge, LLC located at 707 N. California St., Socorro, NM 87801. Comments or inquiries should be directed to the City Clerk, Leopoldo (Polo) Pineda, or City Administrator, Donald Monette at P.O. Box K, Socorro, NM 87801 or 575-835-0240 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
