Socorro Chief of Police reports that the missing juvenile, Tayla Gaytan, is safe and has returned to her mother.

Socorro Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Taiyla Gaytan, a Hispanic female, 14-years-old, 5’2” tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen on October 30, 2021, at around 10:15 p.m., running away from the Cibola Apartments located at 1101 El Camino Real Street in Socorro, NM.

Gayton was last seen wearing a pink and black hoodie with blue jeans and carrying a black duffle bag. Her whereabouts and destination are not known.

Taiyla Gaytan is missing and believed to be in danger if not located.
