LEGAL NOTICE

The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents will meet for its Annual Retreat and Regular Board Meeting at the Lodge & Ranch at Chama, Conference Room, 16253 S. Chama Highway 84, Chama NM 87520. The Board will meet at 8:15 a.m., Monday, August 29, 2022, for the Annual Retreat. The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents may, if time permits, convene for its Regular Board Meeting at the adjournment of the Annual Retreat on Monday, August 29, 2022, or if time does not permit, at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2022. The Regular Board Meeting is open to the public. The Regents may go into closed session to discuss legal and/or personnel matters pursuant to 10-15-1 H (2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

Copies of the agenda will be available no less than 72 hours prior to the meeting and will be available at the Office of the President, Brown Hall 217, by email at [email protected] and posted on the NMT website.
