NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO THE FOLLOWING NAMED OR DESIGNATED DEFENDANTS:
ALL OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS LISTED IN GROUPS I THROUGH IV, INCLUDING UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES, ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFFS.

GREETINGS:

YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiff has filed a Complaint against you in the above entitled and numbered case in the above designated Court.

The general object of the action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff, NANCY COON, owner in fee simple to that certain real estate situate in Socorro County, New Mexico, described in the Complaint in said cause and more particularly described as follows:

The NW 1/4 NE 1/4, in Section 10, Township 5S, Range 2E, consisting of Forty (40) acres.

You and each of you are further notified that unless you enter your Appearance in said case on or before the 12th day of December 2022, Judgment will be rendered against you and each of you by default and the relief prayed for in the Complaint will be granted.
