The third time wasn’t the charm for the Socorro as Hot Springs escaped with a 58-56 win in the District 3-3A tournament championship. Still, the Warriors are the regular-season champions (6-0) and are awaiting the Feb. 26 seeding process to find out who they will play in the first round of the state tournament.
