San Miguel Parish is again sponsoring the 2022 Giving Tree for the needy in Socorro.

Participating agencies are:
• Children, Youth and Families (Foster Care)
• Puerto Seguro (homeless Assistance)
• El Puente (Shelter for domestic violence)
• First Born Socorro
• Good Sam Nursing Home

Gift tags can be picked up from the giving trees at the back and front of San Miguel Church as well as the church office, beginning Thanksgiving Day.

A wrapped gift with the tag taped on top must be returned to the church office no later than Wednesday, Dec. 14. Please do not leave gifts on the church office porch or in the church. This gives agencies time to distribute the gifts before Christmas.

There are many items that children can gives as well.

Most of these gifts are for a specific person, so please make sure that if you pick up a tag, you return a gift, so no one is left out.

Help is also needed Thursday, Dec. 15 to sort and distribute gifts to the agencies.

Church office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed for lunch. Fridays, 9 a.m. to noon.
